to realize its untapped potential – transforming
the site into one of the most dynamic industrial
developments in the northwest.

Sustainable Developments

Our buildings feature low VOC materials to improve air quality, lots of natural light, "cool" roofs to reduce the heat island effect, and energy-efficient HVAC systems. Additionally we’ve reforested hillsides with over 18,000 trees and shrubs, replaced turf with drought-tolerant plants to decrease water usage, implemented LED lighting with occupancy sensors and incorporated truck charging infrastructure.
