/Our Portfolio
Bertch only acquire and develop class A properties. So,
while our portfolio includes a range of different warehousing
and logistics projects, what these facilities all share is the
highest standards of quality, environmental ethics and
market-leading vision. Every project we undertake is
underpinned by long-term planning.

Set in a private forest with sights of the Puget
Sound, Seaway West is a versatile industrial
development offering tenants state-of-the art
facilities, with maximum layout flexibility.
While others overlooked the opportunity of
Sumner Ridge, we saw past complex challenges
to realize its untapped potential – transforming
the site into one of the most dynamic industrial
developments in the northwest.

2019Sustainable Developments
Our buildings feature low VOC materials to improve air quality, lots of natural light, "cool" roofs to reduce the heat island effect, and energy-efficient HVAC systems. Additionally we’ve reforested hillsides with over 18,000 trees and shrubs, replaced turf with drought-tolerant plants to decrease water usage, implemented LED lighting with occupancy sensors and incorporated truck charging infrastructure.
